How do i manage payment?
Manage your Keepler subscription, payment methods, and plan settings from the Billing & Plans section. This guide walks you through accessing and updating your billing details to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate account records.
Accessing Billing & Plans
To open Billing & Plans in Keepler:
Click the Settings icon at the bottom-left corner of the main sidebar.

In the Settings Dashboard, select the Billing & Plans card.

The Billing Section
The Billing & Plans section contains everything related to your subscription and payments, including:
- Billing information
- Payment methods
- Payment history
- Active subscription details

Step 1: Enter Billing Information
Before activating your subscription, you’ll need to provide billing details.

You’ll be asked for:
- First Name & Last Name
- Email Address
- Address (Street, Apartment, etc.)
- City, Postal Code, Country, and State
Click Save changes to proceed.
(You can update this information at any time.)
Step 2: Add a Payment Method
Once your billing info is saved, set up your preferred payment method.

Accepted payment methods:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
For card-based payments, provide:
- Cardholder name
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVC code
Recurring Payments
Enable Recurring Payments to allow Keepler to automatically charge your selected method each billing cycle.
You can turn this on or off anytime from the same panel.
Payment History & Subscription Overview
On the right-hand side of the Billing & Plans page, you’ll find a quick summary of your current subscription and recent payments, including:
- A link to Manage Subscription Plans
- A shortcut to Payment History
Payment History
Review past transactions, including invoice numbers, payment dates, and amounts.

Choosing or Changing Your Subscription Plan

Click Subscription Plans to view available tiers.

You can:
- Toggle between Monthly or Annually billing
- Filter plans by role or business type

- Essential: For individuals or small operations
- Professional: (Most Popular) For growing businesses
- Team: Tailored for larger teams
- Business: Full featured business solution
- Custom: Custom plans based on your needs
Compare Plans
Use the comparison table to see differences in features, limits, and pricing.

Finalizing Your Subscription
After selecting a plan:
- Confirm your payment method
- Review your order
- Complete the payment process
Your subscription will activate immediately, unlocking features based on the selected plan.
