How to use my dashboard
Your Keepler Dashboard isn’t just a summary, it’s a smart control center for your business. Designed to give you live financial awareness, it combines data visualizations, interactive shortcuts, and automation to help you stay ahead. Whether you're tracking income, reviewing bills, or preparing for compliance, everything is available at a glance.
1. Date Range Filter
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find the date range filter. This tool controls the time scope for all the data presented.
- Switch between daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom views.
- Observe trends across time, identify surges or drops, and take data-backed action.

2. Quick Access & Actions
Keepler allows you to interact with your data, not just view it. You can:
- Jump directly to invoices or expenses by clicking on their cards.
- Create new invoices or expenses with a single click.

Editing a Record
Need to update a record? Just click the “Edit” icon on any transaction summary.

Add Bank Card
Track financial accounts easily by linking a card.

3. Using the Chatbot
Your Keepler Chatbot is always ready to help, it’s embedded into your dashboard for real-time support.
- Suggested prompts are available for tasks like viewing revenue, analyzing overdue payments, or exporting reports.
- You can also start an open conversation to get answers about any dashboard function.

4. Dashboard FAQ
Why is my dashboard empty?
- The selected date range filter might be hiding recent activity, try resetting it.
- You may not have added any invoices, expenses, or payments yet.
- Data might not be synced if there’s a connection issue with a linked bank/card.
- You’re logged into a new workspace or haven’t set up your account fully.
Can I customize the cards shown?
- Not yet, card customization is not currently available.
- You can, however, filter data by time range to focus on specific periods.
- Clicking on cards or sections will take you to detailed views for deeper insights.
- We’re working on future personalization options like hiding/reordering cards.
How often is data updated?
- Most data updates in real time, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
- The chatbot and insights panel also get smarter and more accurate over time.
- You’ll see instant updates when changes are made via other parts of the app.
What does the “Compliance Reminder” mean?
- It flags upcoming tax filings, legal declarations, or other regulatory deadlines.
- When the section is empty, it means you have no immediate obligations, good news!
