The Product Management module in Keepler helps you efficiently create, configure, and publish new products using a simple guided workflow.
This step-by-step process ensures each product is accurately classified, priced, and ready for visibility across your catalog.

1. Starting a New Product

To begin, go to the Product Management page and click “New Product” in the top-right corner.

This opens a multi-step form that guides you through all product creation stages.

  4. Pricing & Offers

2. Step 1 : Financial Settings

This section covers product classification, tax setup, and financial parameters.

Classification

Select the product’s category to define its tax behavior and management rules.
Examples include Consumer & Physical Goods or Real Estate.

You can also specify a product type under the chosen category (e.g., Tangible Property, Medical Item).

Set how your product is taxed and select the applicable tax rate percentage.

Note: Accurate tax rules and rates support compliant sales reporting across regions.

You can also use the Notes field to record special conditions or internal comments.
Click Continue to move to the next step.

3. Step 2 : Options & Attributes

Here, define the structural configuration of your product variants, models, or options.

Currently, Keepler defaults to a Single SKU setup.
Upcoming versions will support Series, Models, Versions, and Options for advanced catalog control.

4. Step 3 : Vital Info

Provide essential descriptive, visual, and identification data for your product.

Upload high-quality images that represent your product clearly.
Recommended size: 1024 × 607 px

Add a concise and engaging description with key features that emphasize your product’s uniqueness.

Complete all required fields with accurate identifiers and product data.

5. Step 4 : Pricing & Offers

Configure how your product will be sold or rented.

Trading Type

Select whether the product is:

  • For Sale
  • For Rent

Sales Configuration

Set pricing details such as:

  • Unit Price (USD)
  • Regular Price (USD)
  • Cost per Item
  • Profit and Margin (auto-calculated)
  • Minimum Selling Price (MSP)
  • Order Limits (min/max quantities)

Rental Configuration

If the product is available for rent, define:

  • Rental Unit Price
  • Regular Price
  • Cost & Profitability
  • Minimum Rental Price
  • Discount %
  • Rental Duration Rules

Tip: Set MSPs and margins early to avoid underpricing or losses during promotions.

6. Step 5 : Resume

The Resume step provides a complete summary of all entered data, from classification to pricing, before publication.

Review all details carefully and confirm the product creation.

Note: Once confirmed, your product is added to the catalog and visible to authorized users.
Tip: Use the Back buttons to revise previous steps. All your inputs remain saved.

7. Completion

After confirmation, your product will appear as a card in the Product Management module.
From there, you can:

  • Switch between vertical or horizontal layouts
  • Open its detail modal
  • Access its Sales Overview instantly
