Managing Your Invoices
The main Invoices page acts as your dashboard for tracking all invoices. Here you can use the powerful filtering and sorting tools to find specific invoices by customer, project, status, date, and more.

The Invoice List
The core of the dashboard is the Invoices List, which displays all your invoices in a clear, table format. Each row shows key information at a glance: Client, Invoice number, Issue date, Due date, Total amount (Ex. and Inc. VAT), and the current Status.

Filtering and Sorting Options
Above the list, you'll find a powerful set of tools to organize and locate specific invoices:

Filter By: Click this to open a menu of filter options. You can narrow down the list based on:

Customer
Instantly view all invoices issued to a single client. This is helpful for quickly assessing a customer's total outstanding balance or reviewing their entire billing history.

Project
If you associate invoices with projects, this filter allows you to see all billing related to a specific project, making it easy to track project profitability and manage budgets.

Total Amount (Ex. or Inc. VAT)
Lets you find invoices within a certain price range. This is useful for identifying high-value invoices that need attention or for financial analysis.

Status
This is essential for managing your cash flow. You can instantly find all invoices that are
Overdueto follow up on payments, see which are still inDraft, or review allPaidinvoices for a specific period.
Date Range
Use the date picker to select a specific time frame. You can choose from presets like "Last 30 Days" or select a custom range.

Created, Due & Issue Datese
You can also filter invoices by
Created Date,Due Date, orIssue Date.
Search
A search bar on the right allows you to quickly find an invoice by typing in a client name, invoice number, or other keywords.
Sorting
You can sort the list by clicking on the column headers (e.g.,
Client,Issue date,Total Inc. VAT). An arrow will indicate the current sort order (ascending or descending).
Quick Actions
On the far right of each invoice row, there is an Action menu (three dots). Clicking this reveals a set of quick actions you can perform on that specific invoice:
- Edit (Pencil icon): Opens the invoice in the editor.
- Delete (Trash icon): Permanently removes the invoice.
- Duplicate (Files icon): Creates a new copy of the invoice.
