Access & Navigation

The Product Management module in Keepler gives you full visibility and control over your products, from quick overviews to detailed insights.
It’s your main workspace to browse, filter, and analyze all product information in one intuitive interface.

Accessing the Product Management Module

To begin, click on the Product Management button located in the main left sidebar.
Once clicked, you’ll be directed to the KATEX view, where all your products are displayed as cards. Product Management Button in Sidebar

Note: The KATEX view is your entry point to manage, visualize, and interact with all product data.

Exploring the Product Overview Page

After entering the module, you’ll see a clean dashboard displaying product cards, each representing one product.
By default, these cards are displayed vertically and show only essential details like:

  • Product image preview
  • Product name
  • Short description
  • Product Price

Note: Each product card includes quick visual indicators to help you identify product status and category at a glance.

Viewing More Details About a Product

Clicking on any product card opens a modal popup that displays additional product details such as pricing or performance. Product Details Modal

Inside this modal, you’ll find:

  • More in-depth product specifications
  • Sales and stock information
Tip: Use this popup to quickly review details without leaving the current page.

Switching Card View Layouts

At the top of the page, there’s a View Switch allowing you to toggle between:

  • Vertical view (default), compact and detail-focused
  • Horizontal view, clearer, extended layout with more visible informationProduct Filter
    Tip: Use the Horizontal view when analyzing multiple product details side-by-side.

Product Sidebar Navigation

The Product Sidebar provides routes to navigate between different sections of the module.
The default route is Products, which displays the card view you’ve just seen.

Other routes include:

  • Home: A high-level overview of the entire module, with cards representing available features and quick-access shortcuts.
    Some cards might be marked as Coming Soon if those pages are not yet active.

Note: Disabled or “Coming Soon” cards indicate upcoming features that will be available in future releases.
Tip: Visit the Home tab for quick shortcuts to most-used actions within the Product module.
